What Can the Right Defense do for You?

When you become eligible for parole in Texas, generally, you have to establish and meet three requirements:

  • Individual has been rehabilitated
  • Individual has a place to live and work outside prison
  • Individual is not a future danger to society

As a criminal defense lawyer, Attorney Randall Isenberg has worked with countless inmates to obtain and maintain parole. He knows how to effectively build a parole application packet demonstrating a person's compliance with these general criteria.

He creatively utilizes letters from friends, family and future employers combined with transcripts for any educational courses taken while in jail. He also works with forensic psychologists to present analysis and testimony pertaining to the "future danger" component at interviews and Department of Parole hearings.

After obtaining parole, if an individual violates the terms by committing a probation violation, he or she will face the possibility of revocation. Serving as your defense, our legal team will work to get your parole reinstated. If unsuccessful, we will petition for an administrative punishment of a maximum of 75 days in jail without being sent back to prison for the full term of your original sentence.
